An easy format to learn under - the sections are only 5 to 15 minutes long and so even those with short concentration spans can finish learning about a trait, stop digest it and come back when ready. If someone did the start "7 secrets to reading people" and the last module "tying it all together" then you would want to do the other modules for the extra detail - it all just makes sense.
