I am always on the hunt for ways to improve my sales & communication game. I am a big believer in strong customer service, client experience and a “non-salesy” sales approach. The idea that I could gain insight into a person’s preference for receiving information and conversing before I speak to them, (other than the usual clues you get form the way they carry themselves/dress etc…) was just mind-blowing for me. To other small business owners considering doing the course, I strongly recommend the following - DO IT!! Even if you don't become a profiling master, the simple methods Alan covers in the course will stick with you. These tools are particularly useful for those first face-to-face business or networking encounters (that includes on everyone's new favourite, Zoom!). Those first opening seconds of that first encounter, as you know, are so important for relationship building.
